Hi, I'm Victoria Willis, and I help people to manage their stress and regulate their nervous systems to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
In today’s fast-paced world, many of us live in a constant state of being “switched on.” Over time this can leave us anxious, depleted and overwhelmed. When we are stressed, overthinking or constantly “in our heads,” the body shifts into survival mode - Our breathing becomes shallow, our thoughts race, and our nervous system struggles to find balance. Left unchecked, this state of tension can leave us exhausted and disconnected from ourselves.
Through my training in Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, HeartMath and Yoga Nidra, I offer gentle, practical ways to help you restore balance and build resilience.

What I Offer
- One-to-one sessions (online or in person): Tailored practices to help you unwind, reset, and find clarity. These can be delivered in-person in Grantham, Lincolnshire, or online via Zoom.
- Corporate wellbeing sessions (online only): Group sessions designed to reduce stress, increase focus, and support resilience and wellbeing in the workplace. These are usually delivered via Microsoft Teams.
Additional Information:
- No prior experience is required – everything is guided step by step.
- Each session lasts around an hour, and it is recommended that you lie down if possible, although the benefits can still be felt if seated at a desk.
- An eye mask can help you become more immersed in the experience.
- For best results, other devices should be switched off or silenced during the session.

Many people find that 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra feels as refreshing as several hours of sleep.
- Breathwork is the practice of consciously using the breath to calm the body and mind. By slowing it down and making it deeper and more rhythmic, you can shift how you feel. Even just a few minutes can leave you calmer, clearer, and more present.
