What to expect
The therapy is carried out with the client lying face up on a treatment couch. Light touch, as well as off the body work is used and a session lasts for up to an hour.
During this time, you may sense some tingling in the hands and feet, or even an all over bodily awareness. People report seeing colours, having visualisations and becoming aware of different parts of their body. However, as we are all unique, people experience Reiki in different ways.
