​I am passionate about the benefits of holistic therapies as I have experienced first-hand the positive transformation they have had on my whole family. My holistic therapies facilitate the body's natural ability to heal, restore and balance itself. The treatments I offer include Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki Healing, Reflexology and Fertility Reflexology (Reproflexology). I am based in Long Bennington, which is easily accessible from the Newark and Grantham areas of Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.

​Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle but potent way of working with the body using a light touch and subtle energies. It supports your body's innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself. It helps to reduce stress, build energy and increase wellbeing, and it is suitable for absolutely everyone, from new-born babies to the elderly.

Reiki Healing

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. Reiki aids in healing by helping people become energetically balanced — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a relaxing "foot massage" that applies massage movements to specific points of the foot, which correlate with different organs and parts of the body. Reflexology is also considered an energy therapy which can keep your body's chi (or vital energy) balanced.

Fertility Reflexology (Reproflexology)

Fertility Reflexology is an effective complementary therapy that can support fertility in women and men in a number of ways, including Balances Hormones, Regulates Monthly Cycles, Promotes Ovulation, Increases Sperm Quality & Quantity, Improves Blood Flow, Reduces Stress and Enhances Wellbeing. Whether you want to enhance your general health before trying to conceive, or are currently experiencing difficulties conceiving, reflexology can be an effective therapy.​

I can’t rate Victoria highly enough. I took my teenage daughter to see her last year for anxiety OCD issues, and I’m sure without seeing Victoria she wouldn’t have been open to treatment from CAMHS. My daughters life has turned around. So I decided to book my son who is 19 in to see her after his low mood and anxieties hit rock bottom. He was very reluctant. Victoria made him feel at ease instantly and his words after were “when can I go again”  and “that's the most relaxed and stress free I remember ever feeling".  To come away feeling that there may actually be a light at end of the tunnel.
