About Me
I am passionate about the benefits of craniosacral therapy as I have experienced first-hand the positive transformation it has had on my whole family.
I became aware of craniosacral therapy in 2010 when my eldest son was around 3 months old. Following his premature birth and a traumatic period spent on life-support, I was keen to explore alternative therapies to help him overcome colic, reflux and disturbed sleep patterns. The change in him following just one treatment was remarkable. I decided I had to experience the therapy for myself and was overwhelmed by the positive effect it had on my life. My first child was conceived through assisted conception and as far as we were concerned, we would not be able to conceive naturally. However following just one craniosacral treatment I was aware of a release which enabled me to fall pregnant naturally the following month. I was so in awe of this therapy that I wanted to learn more and I decided to train to become a therapist myself. I am now a fully qualified practitioner after graduating from a two year course at the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London, alongside an Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology course. I am registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association, a qualified First Aider and hold the relevant insurance. I work in the Newark and Grantham area. I have my own practice however will do home visits where suitable. Please contact me so we can discuss the best option for you. |
